Rifle Team Weekly Happenings 2021-04-18

Hi Everyone!

Items this week:

• This week we will start cleaning rifles, equipment and getting things put away for the summer.
  
  • Summer cleaning and maintenance takes about 45-75 minutes per rifle.
  • We have about 23 person hours of work that needs to get done, so if you are able to assist, it would be really appreciated.
  • This needs to be completed before the end of the school year.  Unfortunately we have no way to get into the range to complete this during the summer.
  • Even if you have no idea how to clean a team rifle, please show up if you're able.  Instruction will be provided.
  • This can be a rather dirty task, so I'd recommend wearing clothes that you wouldn't mind getting greasy, oily, and just generally dirty.

Upcoming Items:

• Next week we will continue cleaning rifles, equipment and getting things put away for the summer.  Any help is appreciated.  If you have no idea how to clean a team rifle, instruction will be provided.  More hands make less work.
  
  
• We will have our spring "banquet" and last meeting of the year coming up soon.  Look for a separate email on that.
