Upcoming Competition - Mid State Rifle League

I just wanted to let you know that once again we have the opportunity to participate in the Mid State Rifle League (MSRL). The full match program can be found here, but a summary of what it is is below.
The MSRL is a postal competition shot by local teams in the Michigan and Wisconsin region. This is NOT a collegiate competition, so it is open to anyone. The team will cover your entry fee, so except for ammunition and range fees (applicable to non-students), there is no cost for you to participate.
This will be shot on the NRA A-17 target (The one with the big scoring rings). There is no Air Rifle component to this. The MSRL consists of 10 individual 4 position matches, with 10 shots being shot in each position. We submit them in "Sets" of 2 at a time. (i.e. Matches 1+2, 3+4, 5+6.... etc. get submitted together).
Targets can be shot at any time, but the due dates for the various targets are listed below (Adjusted for the last day we have range hours before they're due).
- Match 1+2 - January 31st
- Match 3+4 - February 21st
- Match 5+6 - March 14th
- Match 7+8 - April 4th
- Match 9+10 - April 18th

We will start shooting these as early as next week so we don't have this, the WIRC and any travel competitions
